UK
There is no P+P charge for orders of £6 or more.
For orders under £6 there is a £1 charge.
Orders posted to a UK address are usually sent via Royal Mail contract post,
which takes 2-5 working days. The majority of orders do arrive within this
timescale but if your item does not arrive, please be patient.
We will not consider a parcel as lost until 10 working days
have passed. If an item is delayed we cannot send a replacement until this time
has passed. We would ask that you first check with your local sorting office in
case the postman has not left a card to say they were unable to deliver your
parcel, and have returned it to the sorting office.
If after 10 working days, your order has still not arrived,
please contact this office and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent,
Heavy orders over 4kg are sent by carrier
which takes 1-2 days.

EUROPE
For orders up to 2Kg there is a minimum P+P charge of £3
or 15% of the goods total (before any discount - if applicable)
Orders posted to a European address are sent via Airmail, which takes 6-10 working
days. The majority of orders do arrive within this timescale but if your item
does not arrive, please be patient.
We will not consider a parcel as lost until 14 working days
have passed. If an item is delayed we cannot send a replacement until this time
has passed. If after 14 working days your order has still not
arrived, please contact this office and we will arrange for a replacement to be
sent.
REST OF THE WORLD
For orders up to 2Kg there is a minimum P+P charge of £5
or 25% of the goods total (before any discount - if applicable)
Orders posted to a Rest of the World address are sent via Airmail, which takes
7-10 working days. The majority of orders do arrive within
this timescale but if your item does not arrive, please be patient.
We will not consider a parcel as lost until 15 working days
have passed. If an item is delayed we cannot send a replacement until this time
has passed. If after 15 working days your order has still not
arrived, please contact this office and we will arrange for a replacement to be
sent.
For orders outside the UK which are over 2Kg
we will contact you regarding the cost.
