WELLBEING TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Pricing and Description of Products

1.1

The pricing and description of all products on the Wellbeing web site or order
form may be corrected or withdrawn without notice or liability. Products can be
withdrawn from the Wellbeing website if there is a substantial change in the
ingredients by the manufacturer.

|
At all times Wellbeing will endeavour to provide a full description of
ingredients, excipients, directions of use, suitability and any information
shown on the packaging, plus, a picture of the product.
|

1.3
|
Any items priced incorrectly may be withdrawn from sale. Customers purchasing
incorrectly priced goods online will be contacted before despatch regards any
possible changes.
|
2. Logging On and Ordering Products
|
2.1
|
To ensure secure transactions Wellbeing require all customers to register their name and address details, email address and password of their own choosing, before making a purchase.
|
|
2.2
|
When placing future orders the customer will only need to enter their email address and password, all previously submitted details are securely held, and there is no need to enter information again, except if a customer needs to update their details.
|
|
2.3
|
All products and product information is available for anyone to view without having to register or make a purchase.
|
|
|
|
3. Data Protection and Secure Payments
|
3.1
|
Wellbeing has always given an undertaking to all its customers that it will not
sell, rent or supply name and address details, email addresses or phone numbers
to any third party.
|
|
3.2
|
When mailing information or sending orders Wellbeing will never include any
additional third party advertising or leaflets.
|
|
3.3
|
Customers can request to be omitted from any Wellbeing promotional emails when
registering for the first time, or at any time in the future. We will also
remove customers from the Wellbeing postal mailing list if required; just
contact us with your request.

3.4
|
Credit/Debit card payments are taken directly by the relevant card company.
Wellbeing does not use any third party payment scheme or retain any card
information and is PCI compliant. No payment details are held on our server.

3.5
|
3.5 Payment details from orders received through the post or taken over the
phone are disposed of by cross shredding or by the use of a confidential waste
management company.
|
|
3.6
|
If, due to exceptional circumstances, an item is not available after payment
has been taken Wellbeing will refund the cost of that item.
|
4. Package and Post, Ordering Overseas and Importation of Goods
|
4.1
|
The charges for Package and Post costs within the UK are £1 if the order is
below £6. For orders of £6 or more there are no charges.
|

4.2
|
The delivery rates for Europe and the Rest of the World are set out on the
Wellbeing website and order form.
|
|
4.3
|
When overseas orders exceed 2kg, customers will be informed before despatch if
any increase in delivery cost is required.
|
|
4.4
|
Please note customers outside the EU may be liable to import taxes and custom
duties, these payments are the responsibility of the customer or the person
receiving the goods it is not the responsibility of Wellbeing. Please contact
your local customs office for information.

5. Delivery Times and Missing Parcels Procedure

5.1
|
Wellbeing processes all orders within 24 hours of receipt (excluding weekend
and Bank Holidays). The vast majority are packed and sent the same day.
|

5.2
|
Once the goods have been collected by the appointed carrier (nearly all UK
orders are sent via Royal Mail contract post), they should arrive within three
working days. Wellbeing is not responsible for any delays beyond their control.

|
5.3
|
If a parcel is believed to have gone missing we will ask the customer to
contact their local sorting office (if the goods are sent by Royal Mail). If
the parcel is not there and has not been delivered within 7 working days the
goods will be resent. Any claim against the carrier will be made by Wellbeing.

5.4
|
If the first parcel arrives after the replacement has been sent the goods in
the first parcel remain the property of Wellbeing and can be returned using the
Freepost address.
|
6. Returns and Refunds
|
6.1
|
Wellbeing offers a 28 day refund or exchange policy. Customers who are not
satisfied with their purchase or who receive goods which have been damaged in
transit must notify Wellbeing within 28 days of receipt.

6.2
|
Once goods have been returned Wellbeing will refund the cost of the goods back
onto the same card used to pay for the original order. A cheque will be issued
for orders where payment was originally made by cheque.

6.3
|
In the majority of cases returns can be sent using the Wellbeing Freepost
address. If this is not suitable Wellbeing will supply customers with an
alternative.
|
